Erin believes that student engagement, mental health, and real-life challenges are all deeply connected and that teaching should reflect that. Her work focuses on supporting the whole student, not just their academic performance.
Within her school, Erin has been a consistent advocate for student well-being, leading initiatives that prioritize mental health, including organizing an annual day dedicated entirely to supporting students’ emotional and mental health.

Erin is also a mom of four active and energetic boys, so she understands just how full life can feel both inside and outside the classroom.
